Fiesta Rice
Fiesta Rice that makes for a party in your mouth.
Yield: Serves 4Ingredients
- 1 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup Minute Rice
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Mix salsa, rice and water in saucepan
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes until rice is tender
- Fluff with fork
