Deviled Crab
A tempting little low-carb treat.

Ingredients
1 pound crab meat (frozen or fresh)
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbs. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a glass pie plate or 8x8 pan
Remove crab from shell if fresh
Place crab meat in a large bowl and check carefully for cartilage or shell
Do not break up the lumps
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, melted butter, eggs, salt, pepper and Old Bay
Stir these ingredients together until well blended
Pour the mixture over top of the crab meat
Use a rubber spatural to carefully fold mixture into crab meat until evenly distributed
Transfer to the glass pan
Bake until golden and bubbly
