Delicious Seafood Casserole

  1. Chop up the lobster meat and scallops to about 1/4" size
  2. Remove crab from its shell, chop to 1/4" size
  3. Devein the shrimp
  4. Saute the scallops in butter with salt and pepper until translucent in color
  5. Add the scallops and remaining seafood in a large bowl
  6. Add mayonnaise, seafood seasoning and lemon juice
  7. Combine until well coated
  8. Add the flaxmeal, heavy cream and sherry
  9. Combine and pour into a large casserole dish
  10. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese
  11. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown
