Delicious Seafood Casserole
A low-carb trip to the sea.

Ingredients
1/2 lb. lobster meat
1/2 lb. crab meat
1/2 lb. sea scallops
1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbs. Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
Chop up the lobster meat and scallops to about 1/4" size
Remove crab from its shell, chop to 1/4" size
Devein the shrimp
Saute the scallops in butter with salt and pepper until translucent in color
Add the scallops and remaining seafood in a large bowl
Add mayonnaise, seafood seasoning and lemon juice
Combine until well coated
Add the flaxmeal, heavy cream and sherry
Combine and pour into a large casserole dish
Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until golden brown
