Crock Pot Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
Mix potatoes and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart Crock Pot
Mix remaining ingredients except bacon and pour into Crock Pot
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender
Stir in bacon
