Crepes
Simple crepes the low-carb way.

Serves 6
Ingredients
2 eggs
3/4 cup cream
3/4 cup water
1 cup high gluten flour
1 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients
Mix well
Heat greased skillet
Pour in 2 Tbs. of batter into skillet
Tilt skillet to spread batter thinly over pan
Cook one side, turn
Carefully remove and repeat with remaining batter
