Creme Brulee

Classic creme brulee without the carbs.

Yield: Serves 6



  1. Combine heavy cream, vanilla and 1/2 cup Splenda in saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil
  3. Combine the beaten egg yolks and remaining 1/2 cup Splenda
  4. Combine cream with yolk mixture
  5. Fill ramekins, place in water bath
  6. Bake in a 325F oven until just barely set, approximately 45 minutes
  7. Remove from water bath when cool, wipe bottoms of ramekins, and refrigerate overnight
