Creme Brulee
Classic creme brulee without the carbs.

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 1/4 quarts heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla.
1 cup Splenda
12 egg yolks
Instructions
Combine heavy cream, vanilla and 1/2 cup Splenda in saucepan
Bring to a boil
Combine the beaten egg yolks and remaining 1/2 cup Splenda
Combine cream with yolk mixture
Fill ramekins, place in water bath
Bake in a 325
F oven until just barely set, approximately 45 minutes
Remove from water bath when cool, wipe bottoms of ramekins, and refrigerate overnight
