Creamy Potato Soup

A truly wonderful creamy soup recipe for those cold winter nights.

Instructions

  1. Boil potato, celery, carrots and minced green onion in 1 quart of water for 10 minutes or until tender
  2. Double recipe for thin white sauce on cream soup can; Mix according to directions
  3. Drain water off vegetables and add to cream soup
  4. Stir in dip mix
