Creamy Pork Chops
Pork chops in a creamy cheesy sauce.

Ingredients
6 pork chops
salt and pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Olive Oil (for frying in)
3/4 cup light cream
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F
Season the chops and brown in olive oil
Heat cream
Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, mixing until blended
Place chops in baking dish
Cover with sauce, and remaining Parmesan cheese
Bake for 50 minutes
