Creamy Chicken and Rice

Yield: 8 servings - 1/2 cup each



1-1/2 cups lowfat cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups peas and carrots

Combine all ingredients in an sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook until peas are tender, about 4 minutes.

Serve with a big green salad.
