Ingredients
2 Tbs. cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
3 Tbs. instant cappuccino powder
2 Tbs. Splenda
1 cup cream
Instructions
Place cold water in a bowl & sprinkle with gelatin
Let stand for 5 minutes
Add boiling water & stir until gelatin is dissolved
Add cappuccino powder & Splenda
Stir until dissolved
Add cream & mix well
Cover & refrigerate for 3 hours
