12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
2 apples, diced and cored
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a
saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring
occasionally for about 30 minutes, or
until the mixture has a jam-like consistency.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
