Cranberry Apple Pudding

Yield: Serves 6 - 3/4 cup per serving.



This is a quick and easy version of the classic steamed pudding.

4 apples, peel, core and slice thin
1 cup cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1 orange - zest and juice
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 cup skim milk
1 cup plain bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine ingredients and place into covered glass baking dish. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until firm in center. Serve warm.
