6 egg yolks
1/2 cup Splenda
2 cups cream
4 cups coffee
Ice cream maker
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the Splenda
Add cream & coffee
Put in pan & heat until the sauce thickens and coats the back of the spoon
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions
