A great coconut replacement for pie crust.

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Instructions
Mix coconut with butter
Press firmly into a buttered pie pan
Bake at 300
F for 30 minutes until golden brown
Cool
