Cobb Salad
Salads don't get much more classic than this.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 pound fat-free deli-sliced turkey breast, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 pound low-fat Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
- 1 large tomatoes, diced
- 8 slices cooked crisp turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 large egg, hard-boiled, diced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Arrange lettuce in 4 salad bowls
- Top each with 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. of cheese and 1/4 of tomato
- Sprinkle 2 crumbled slices bacon and 1/4 of egg over each
- Spoon 2 Tbs. of dressing over each salad just before serving
