Cinnamon Rolls
Sweet and wonderful rolls.

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 Tbs. cottage cheese
1/4 cup Splenda
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Separate the 4 eggs
Whip whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form
In a food processor, blend egg yolks, 2 Tbs. cottage cheese and Splenda
Gently fold yolks into whites
Spread into 6 mounds on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes
Combine butter with cinnamon & 2 Tbs. Splenda
Serve with rolls
