Chocolate Angel Food Cake
A fluffy favorite with a chocolate twist.

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs.cornstarch
5 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream tartar
1/2 cup Splenda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
F
Sift flour, cocoa, cornstarch together
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy
Add cream of tartar and whisk until soft peaks form
Add Splenda to egg whites and whisk until blended
Fold in cocoa/flour mix
Spoon into a greased ring mold
Bake for 35 minutes
When finished, turn upside down and allow to cool
