Chocolate Angel Food Cake

A fluffy favorite with a chocolate twist.

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Sift flour, cocoa, cornstarch together
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy
  4. Add cream of tartar and whisk until soft peaks form
  5. Add Splenda to egg whites and whisk until blended
  6. Fold in cocoa/flour mix
  7. Spoon into a greased ring mold
  8. Bake for 35 minutes
  9. When finished, turn upside down and allow to cool
