Chili Over Rice Express

Yield: Serves 4 Each serving: 1 cup.

12 oz can low-fat vegetarian chili
1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
2 teaspoons shredded light cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

In sauce pan, heat the chili. Serve hot chili on top of brown rice and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cilantro.
