Chicken with Mushrooms and Rice

Yield: Serves 8. 1-1/2 cups per serving.

Instructions

2 cup brown rice
4 cups water
2 cups cooked chicken breast
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 cups sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Place all ingredients into a rice cooker and cook until done, about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
