Chicken Tikka Salad
Salad with w wonderful marinated chicken addition.

Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 4 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 lb. chicken, cut into strips
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for marinade
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours
- Reserve marinade
- Preheat broiler
- Broil chicken 15-20 minutes, basting 2-3 times
- Serve on romaine with favorite dressing
