Chicken Cordon Bleu
Classic chicken cordon bleu without the carbs.

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of lean ham
4 Swiss cheese slices
1 Tbs. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Flatten chicken
Roll up with ham and Swiss cheese; secure with a toothpick
Combine egg and butter
Dip chicken in butter and then in Parmesan cheese
Place in greased baking dish
Bake at 350
º
F for about 35 minutes or until golden brown
