Classic chicken cordon bleu without the carbs.

  1. Flatten chicken
  2. Roll up with ham and Swiss cheese; secure with a toothpick
  3. Combine egg and butter
  4. Dip chicken in butter and then in Parmesan cheese
  5. Place in greased baking dish
  6. Bake at 350º F for about 35 minutes or until golden brown
