Chicken and Apple Cobb Salad
Sweet apples meet tender grilled chicken in a hearty tossed salad.
Yield: Serves 2
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (your choice)
- 4 oz. chicken breast, grilled and sliced thin
- 1 small apple, sliced
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Creamy Feta Strawberry Basil Dressing
Prepare all ingredients and place in a large mixing bowl.
Pour in the dressing, then toss the salad together until well coated.
Divide between two plates and serve.
