  1. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, vanilla and 1 Tbs. Splenda until well combined
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup Splenda until fluffy
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition
  5. Blend in the remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the greased pie pan and bake at 350F for 50 minutes
  7. Spread the sour cream mixture over the top and bake an additional 5 minutes
  8. Chill and Serve
