Cauliflower Crunch

Yield: Serves 4 - 1 cup per serving.



Peppery corn flake crust atop cauliflower.

3 cups raw cauliflower
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Break cauliflower into small pieces. Rinse well and shake off excess water. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until tender. Preheat broiler. Combine last 4 ingredients and spread over top of cauliflower. Broil until crust browns- about 3 minutes.
