Caramel Apple Salad

Sweeten harvest time with this creamy dessert.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toss diced apples with lemon juice (just enough so the apples don't turn brown)
  2. Add peanuts and marshmallows
  3. In separate bowl, mix together butterscotch pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip
  4. Add to apple mixture
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to use
