Ingredients
3 cups vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel topping
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.
