Broccoli Salad

Super simple salad.

Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut florets of broccoli into small pieces
  2. Place broccoli, bacon, onions, and raisins in bowl and toss together
  3. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, blending well
  4. Add to broccoli and mix until coated
  5. Chill 2-3 hours or overnight
