Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- Fresh broccoli florets
- Fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 green onions. finely chopped
- 7 Tbs. fat-free mayonnaise
- 4 Tbs. fat-free sour cream
- Salt and pepper. to taste
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 25 packets Equal Sweetener
Instructions
- Quarter tomatoes
- Chop broccoli and cauliflower
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 2-3 hours, stirring often to marinate
