Braised Tuna
Fresh tuna with lots of elements.

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 Tuna Fillets
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/4 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat 1 Tbs. of olive oil and stir fry the celery until soft
Stir in tomatoes and thyme and cook for about 5 minutes
Place in shallow dish
Heat remaining olive oil and quickly fry the tuna steaks to brown on each side
Place tuna steaks on top of vegetables, season; then pour white wine
Cover
Bake at 325
º
F for 40-50 minutes until fish is tender
