Yield: Serves 4. 1/2 cup per serving.
Warm blackberries with cinnamon are delicious any time of day!
1/2 dry pint fresh blackberries
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cornstarch
Toss all ingredients together in small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently and remove from stove.
Serve warm. Optional: serve with nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt .
