Billy G’s Breakfast Brownies
Try this Biggest Loser winner's decadent twist on protein pancakes.
Per Serving: Calories: 379, Protein 41 g, Carbs 44 g, Fat 4 g
Yield: 6 Large Pancakes
Ingredients
- One 5.3 oz. container of non-fat, GREEK STYLE yogurt ( You can substitute non-fat cottage cheese instead of yogurt)
- 6 egg whites
- 2/3 cups old fashioned oatmeal
Optional:
- Add Splenda or Stevia sweetener while blending, to taste (Sweeten so that you don't have to add syrup or any sweetener after)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder = 20 calories
- You can flavor to taste with:
- Blueberries ½ cup = 40 calories
- Strawberries ½ cup = 22 calories
- 1 banana = 108 calories
Instructions
- Blend the egg whites and yogurt
- Mix into a bowl with 2/3 cup of plain oatmeal
- Let sit and soak for a few minutes
- Use cooking spray to create a non-stock surface, then cook each pancake
