Beef Curry
Low-carb beef curry like you've never tasted before.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds steak, cut into cubes
- 4 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. water
- 3 Tbs. chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, red-pepper flakes, salt, and water
- Add to the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
- Add the meat to the pan and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes
- Raise the heat to moderately high and cook thoroughly
- Remove from heat
- Stir in the cilantro
