Beef and Cabbage Roll
So easy using Puff Pastry Sheets!
Yield:
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb. lean hamburger, sauteed
1 onion, chopped, sauteed
1/2 head cabbage, chopped and sauteed
Dijon mustard to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed but still cool
Instructions
Roll 2 Pepperidge Farm shells (in freezer section of grocery store) to 4 x 18 inch
Spread hamburger mix evenly over top and roll
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Lower heat and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown
Can serve with mushroom sauce or gravy over top
