Bean Dip

Yield: 4 servings - 1/2 cup each



15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoons water

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Heat dip in microwave on high power for 2-3 minutes. Stir well.

Serve with baked tortilla chips, whole wheat pita triangles or raw veggies.
