Banana Nog

A no-fat, non-alcoholic variation to the holiday eggnog.

Yield: Serves 4 - 1 cup per serving.

Ingredients

Banana gives a rich texture to this no-fat alternative to traditional egg nog.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except nutmeg to blender or food processor. Puree til smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 fancy serving glasses and top each with a pinch nutmeg.
