Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup low-calorie Italian salad dressing
2 slices prosciutto, halved
Instructions
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing overnight (covered and chill)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Coat baking dish with nonstick spray
Arrange breasts in single layer
Cover with prosciutto
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until juices run clear
