2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
1/4 cup avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 cup ready-to-serve raw spinach
1/4 c sliced red onion
Toast bread and spread with mayonnaise. Place spinach leaves on one side and top with avocado, tomato and onion slices. Place the other slice of bread on top and enjoy.
