Asparagus Chicken

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper chicken
  2. Melt butter in skillet
  3. Add chicken and cook
  4. Remove
  5. Add asparagus and 1/4 cup water
  6. Heat to boiling
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  8. Mix chicken broth with 2 tsp. cornstarch until smooth
  9. Add to asparagus
  10. Heat to boiling
  11. Boil 1 minute
  12. Reduce heat
  13. Return chicken to pan
  14. Heat and serve
