Asparagus Chicken

  1. Sprinkle chicken with thyme and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillett
  3. Add chicken and cook over medium-high heat, turning once, until cooked through, about 8 minutes; remove.
  4. Add asparagus and 1/4 cup water
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Mix chicken broth with 2 tsp. cornstarch until smooth
  8. Add to skillet; bring to a boil.
  9. Boil 1 minute or until asparagus is almost tender
  10. Reduce heat and return chicken to skillet
  11. Heat and serve
