4 apples, peel, core and slice
4 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon raisins
pinch ground ginger
Combine ingredients into 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Keep covered; stir occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Mash when done and serve warm.
