Peppered Salmon Steaks
A light and healthy dinner, peppered salmon will fit into your diet.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. cracked black pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 4 salmon steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Lemon slices and parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- In a small bowl, combine pepper, ginger, and seasoning salt
- Press lightly into both sides of salmon steaks
- Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased shallow baking pan
- Drizzle with butter
- Bake, basting once with pan juices, until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes
- Garnish with lemon slices and parsley
- Drizzle with pan juices
