Pecan Meringues
A truly tempting low-carb dessert.
Yield: Serves 5
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 Tbs. chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Whisk egg whites until stiff
- Whisk in Splenda gradually
- Beat untile meringue is thick
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheets
- Sprinkle with pecans and bake for 30 minutes
- Cool and serve with cream cheese
