Pecan Meringues

A truly tempting low-carb dessert.

Carbohydrate 4.9g/serving
Yield: Serves 5


  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 Tbs. chopped pecans



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Whisk egg whites until stiff
  3. Whisk in Splenda gradually
  4. Beat untile meringue is thick
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheets
  6. Sprinkle with pecans and bake for 30 minutes
  7. Cool and serve with cream cheese
