Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups

A chocolate peanut butter treat

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 7.5g

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • Wax paper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate in microwave
  2. Cool slightly, then add cottage cheese, sweetener and vanilla
  3. Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate
