Peanut Butter Balls

Low-carb peanut butter balls with a great flavor.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 3.7g
Yield: Serves 6


  • 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 cup shredded coconut


  1. Combine all above ingredients and mix well
  2. Form 12 balls and roll in coconut
  3. Refrigerate
