Peanut Butter Balls
Low-carb peanut butter balls with a great flavor.
Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine all above ingredients and mix well
- Form 12 balls and roll in coconut
- Refrigerate
