Peach Yogurt Pops

Cool down with this refreshing fruity treat.

Yield: Serves 6


  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey


  1. Combine peaches and yogurt in blender
  2. Begin to process
  3. While processing, add in a slow stream of honey
  4. Process until smooth
  5. Pour into popsicle molds
  6. Insert Popsicle sticks
  7. Freeze until firm
