Peach Souffle

Peach souffle that only takes a few minutes.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 7.5g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 2 peaches
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 egg whites


  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Spray 4 individual souffle dishes (1 cup capacity)
  3. Peel peach and cut into thin slices
  4. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. of sugar substitute and the lemon juice
  5. Beat egg whites with salt until they hold soft peaks
  6. Gradually beat in the remaining sugar and continue beating until the whites hold stiff peaks
  7. Gently fold in peach slices
  8. Divide among dishes and smooth tops
  9. Bake until puffed and browned, about 18 minutes
  10. Serve immediately
