Peach Pie

A chilly approach to peach pie.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 7.1g

Yield: Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 1- 8 oz. can sliced peaches in juice, undrained & coarsely chopped
  • 1 box fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Pour filing into pie pan
  3. Chill for 3 hours
