Parmesan Pepper Sweet Potato Fries
Biggest Loser inspires a whole new way to enjoy this nutritious vegetable.
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4" thick sticks
- 1 Tbs. grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- Pinch of cayenne
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Ketchup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes, cheese, olive oil and spices
- Place potatoes in a single layer on a medium nonstick baking sheet
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Flip the potatoes and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and browned in spots.
- Serve immediately

Delicious. Another goodie is to spinkle with cinnamon and sugar substitue.

I really never liked sweet potatoes but decided to try this recipe and I LOVE it. So delicious!
