Never Fail Fudge
A fudgy favorite without all the hard work.
Yield: 64- 1-inch squares
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups Hershey's low-fat chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the evaporated milk with sugar in a medium saucepan and heat to boiling
- Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly
- Remove from heat
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring until the marshmallows are melted
- Pour into a greased 8- or 9-inch square pan
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares
