Moroccan Chicken
A Moroccan flair on low-carb chicken.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut up
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 -7 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in pan
- Add chicken and spices
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add tomatoes
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes
