Moroccan Chicken

A Moroccan flair on low-carb chicken.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohyrdates 2.4g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut up
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 -7 oz. can tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 Tbs. fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Add chicken and spices
  3. Cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes
  5. Bring to a boil
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes
