Marsala Chicken
Try this new recipe to give flair to ordinary chicken.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium high heat
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Reduce heat to medium
- Cook thoroughly
- Remove
- Add mushrooms to same skillet and cook until golden brown
- Add wine to mushrooms
- Return chicken
- Heat and serve
